
Dear Philip and Peck, we are all so grateful for the love and effort into preparing the hae bi hiam for our trip. For some reasons we cannot find taoyou during breakfast (what are they thinking? Chinese cannot eat eggs without taoyou). We did something much much better. check out the hae bi hiam on eggs. In my opinion, much better than the HK$300 truffle eggs we had at Caprice at Four Seasons Hong Kong. merci!
