on a ferry to lindau

(barely) surviving the 4 hour ferry ride from Constance to Lindau. yes, 4 hour ferry. in a lake. this is after the 2 hour ferry from Uberlingen to Constance.

the sight that greeted us as we were arriving in Lindau. Just after we managed to dry our clothes and shoes (wet from riding in the rain the previous day) during the ferry ride we faced the prospect of having it all drenched again... when we saw the ferry crew shook their heads at the sight ahead it was not something we looked forward to...

Cafe Aran on Constance

if you are ever in the town of Constance, you have to visit Cafe Aran. It's just next to the ferry terminal. Cafe's beautiful, sandwiches are simple and very very good. Helps that the servers are easy on the eye too ;)
